Donnel Udina

Ambassador Udina is Earth's envoy to the Citadel. He interacts directly with the Citadel Council and relays to the Council members the issues and concerns of the Alliance and its citizens. Udina's top priority is to improve humanity's standing with the other Citadel species, and he hopes one day to
have a human seat on the Council.

Steven Hackett

Admiral Hackett is a top-ranking member of the Alliance military, and is the commander of the Fifth Fleet. Headquartered at Arcturus Station, he has a hand in all the affairs of the military, and is responsible for maintaining peace and stability in systems occupied by the Alliance.
